Terms

eaShot is distributed through the Mac App Store. Your download, purchase, and use of the app are governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with the App Store terms you agreed to with your Apple Account.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for having permission to capture, store, and share anything visible on your screen. Do not use eaShot to bypass access controls, copyright restrictions, workplace policies, or another person's privacy.

No warranty

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law and any applicable store agreement, eaShot is provided “as is” without additional warranties. Do not rely on a screenshot utility as the only copy of important information.

Feedback

You may provide feedback voluntarily. Do not include confidential or sensitive screenshot content. Feedback may be used to improve eaShot without an obligation to implement it.

Open source

Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses. The KeyboardShortcuts MIT notice is included with the app.

Ending use

You may stop using eaShot and remove it at any time. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; see reportaproblem.apple.com.
